Best Paper Award and Journal Publication All accepted outstanding papers will be published in the above international refereed journals subject to compliance to the review report, editorial comments and payment of applicable submission fees. Best paper award will be announced 2 weeks after the conference and the best papers will be published in any of the above journals and a certificate will be issued to the author. C. Refereed Conference Proceedings and Paper Evaluation Report All accepted abstract and full papers that register for the conference will be published in the refereed conference proceedings with ISBN and will be published electronically via a separate website www.wbiworldconpro.com which also contains proceedings of previous conferences. All authors who present a paper at the conference will receive written feedback in the form of a Paper Evaluation Report within one-two months after the conference. D.
