Introduction:
Achieving institutional financial sustainability is a goal that all non-profit organizations strive for. This training aims to develop understanding among the participants about the nature, concepts and calculations related to financial sustainability. They will not only be able to diagnose the financial problems in their respective organizations but will have solutions to overcome the issues.
Facilitator's Profile:
Syed Wasi Haider, ACMA, AIPIM, APA
He has over 12 years of working experience in Financial Management, Taxation, Costing, Budgeting, non Profit accounting, donors' reporting, grant management and microfinance. He is highly experienced in working and delivering training in MS Excel at advanced level.
He is an Associate member of the Institute of Cost & Management of Pakistan. He has been guest lecturer in renowned institutes in Pakistan.
