We cordially invite you to joins us at 11th Annual Women's Leadership and Empowerment Conference (WLEC 2020), taking place from 8th - 10th of March 2020 in Bali, Indonesia and become a member of the growing WLEC community of global women leaders, that make positive change in the world.

Every year, Women's Leadership and Empowerment Conference gathers distinguished women leaders from academic, corporate, governmental and not for profit sectors, offering a one of a kind learning and networking platform in a multicultural setting.

This highly exciting and challenging international conference will provide you with an opportunity to meet, interact and learn from the most inspiring women, coming from across the globe, who are distinguished leaders in their realms.

We also welcome presentation proposals and submissions for publication in the official WLEC 2020 ISBN conference proceedings. Applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling admission basis, as long as space is available. Due to limited space in the venue and highly competitive admission process, we strongly encourage early applications in order to secure a spot in the conference.

Mozella Perry Ademiluyi - An international speaker, author and poet, Mozella earned her undergraduate and law degrees from Howard University. She is a member of the Bars of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of International Trade. Mozella serves on several boards in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area and is a graduate of Leadership Greater Washington Class of 2014. She is also Founder of Rising Sun Programs, a non-profit organization that teaches young people and their families how to achieve personal and financial well-being through wealth literacy

Carine J. Ferreira - the Managing Director of Aurora by Carine Ferreira Ltd which is a privately held company specialized in different services notably Marketing Communications Services and Solutions, Interpretation and Translation Services and Management Consultancy.
Her proficiency in four international languages has led her to being appointed as a legal interpreter for the Supreme Court of Mauritius.
Carine received her PhD in Management with high honors from Michigan State University. She also graduated from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators from the Governance Institute of the United Kingdom.
Her experience and knowledge have placed her on different international platforms to speak on Effective Management and to provide her Management Expertise to various Multinational Corporations.
Her latest book, The Legacy of Hope, is an auto biography that speaks on mental and physical abuse. This is another platform and fight dear to her heart and for which she is often requested to act as a Motivational Speaker during different empowerment events worldwide.
Carine is a former beauty queen who received the Leader of the Year Award 2017 at an international contest in China. She was also awarded the Woman Icon of the Year Award 2019 at the 6th World Women Leadership Congress and Awards in India for her inspiring path and achievements.

Tania de Jong AM - a trail-blazing Australian soprano, award-winning social entrepreneur, creative innovation catalyst, spiritual journey woman, storyteller and global speaker. Tania is one of Australia's most successful female entrepreneurs and innovators having developed 5 businesses and 3 charities.
When she was just 14 years old her best friend told her not to bother having singing lessons. So it's not surprising that her mission is to change the world, one voice at a time. Tania's TED Talk has sparked international interest. Tania is a global authority on creativity, innovation and collaboration. With a grandmother who invented the foldable umbrella, innovation is in her blood. Tania is also the Founder of three charities including Mind Medicine Australia which supports research and innovation in the treatment of mental health and psychological wellbeing through the use of psychedelic therapy. Creativity Australia works with a range of marginalised individuals and communities to build supportive networks through the acclaimed With One Voice choir social inclusion programs. In 2016, Creativity Australia received the Melbourne Award for Contribution to Community.
Tania founded The Song Room which has provided access to creative learning and wellbeing for over 500,000 disadvantaged Australian children since 1999.
