ARICBESS 2026 Oxford will provide an international and interdisciplinary platform for presenting original research, exchanging knowledge and developing meaningful academic and professional collaborations.
The conference will explore the interconnected challenges and opportunities facing business, the environment, society and the scientific community. We particularly welcome research that supports responsible decision-making and contributes to inclusive, resilient and sustainable development.

INTERDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH
PRESENTATION AND ATTENDANCE OPTIONS
Participants may join through one of the following formats:
• In-person presentation in Oxford
• Live online presentation
• Pre-recorded presentation, subject to approval
• Non-presenting delegate or listener
• Panel member or co-author
Standard research presentations will normally be allocated 10–15 minutes, followed by questions and academic feedback.

• Abstract decision: Normally within seven working days
• Regular registration deadline: 31 October 2026

• Optional full-paper deadline: 15 January 2027
• Conference proceedings publication: By 20 January 2027
• Optional journal publication: Approximately four to six weeks, subject to acceptance and the selected journal’s editorial process

Abstracts should clearly identify the research purpose or question, methodology or approach, principal findings or expected contribution, relevance of the research and appropriate keywords.
All abstracts and presentations must be prepared and delivered in English. Submissions will be reviewed for relevance, clarity, originality and academic or professional contribution.

INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS
Where available, an invitation or participation-confirmation letter may be issued to registered delegates after the required payment and documentation have been received. Such a letter confirms conference participation only and does not guarantee the approval of a United Kingdom visa.
International delegates are encouraged to submit their abstracts and complete registration early to allow sufficient time for visa arrangements, travel planning and programme scheduling.
