PUBLICATIONS:
To be considered for the Routledge book Series, A Focus on Pedagogy, you are asked to submit your conference abstract by October 20th.

The same deadline applies for Special issues of the AMPS journal with UCL Press.

Previous editions of the Routledge books in this series include:

- Advancing Student Experience in the Art and Design Curriculum: Project-Based Learning
- Cultural Awareness in Teaching
- Teaching for Sustainable Futures: Community and Creativity
- Serving the Marginalized through Design Education
- Emerging Practices: Accommodating an Uncertain Future

STRANDS:
USA. MARYWOOD UNIVERSITY.
We ask several interrelated questions:
- What are the structures and practices that support academia's engagement with industry, community, and global partnerships?
- How do we re-imagine institutional priorities to promote adaptability, and inclusivity?
- How can academia leverage the transformative potential of technology to foster innovation while embracing ethical, social, and cultural responsibilities?
- What are the models for successfully transferring these methodologies across disciplines and contexts?

BELGIUM. KU LEUVEN
- How to recognise and value different types of knowledge?
- How do we involve excluded and minority students in setting research and teaching agendas?
- How do we monitor and evaluate the impact of 'engaged learning'?
- Can academics maintain a neutral position when engaging 'outside the classroom'?
- How can we institutionalise more versatile and personalised teaching approaches?

UK. LEEDS BECKETT UNIVERSITY
We are particularly interested in projects that demonstrate:
- creative, progressive and/or interdisciplinary approaches to teaching, learning and research.
- student-led / community-engaged / industry projects.
- examples of reprioritising academia around inclusive, reflexive and humanist pedagogies.
- explorations of value systems centred around alternative criteria for impact and success.
