Call for Abstracts: Association for Teacher Education in Europe (ATEE) Annual Conference 2025: The Making of Authentic Teachers in Ages of Artificiality?

We are excited to announce that the call for abstracts for the ATEE Annual Conference 2025 is open! This year's theme, "The Making of Authentic Teachers in Ages of Artificiality?", explores the challenges of supporting the development of authentic teachers in the face of increasing pressures to sculpt and perform teacher identities responsive to shifting social and technical environments.
We invite submissions for individual papers, posters, and symposia on the following sub-themes:
1. Performativity and Teaching
2. Teacher Identities
3. Teaching, Learning, and Artificial Intelligence
4. Teacher Education and Social Media
5. Evolving Policies for Teacher Education
6. Creative Pedagogical Practices
Key Deadlines:
Abstract submission deadline: 31st January 2025
Notification of acceptance: 14th February 2025
Early bird registration deadline: 26th May 2025
Final registration for presenters: 9th July 2025
