1. Conference Kit will not be served for Spot Registered participants & accommodation for spot registered participants will depend on availability.
2. Once participant has registered himself/herself, No refund request will be entertained & Registrations cannot be cancelled / transferred to anyone in any manner.
3. Please provide valid Phone no. and Mail ID, as all future communication will be done on registered phone no. and Mail ID.
4. The check out time will be 12 Noon for the same date of accommodation. Additonal charges to be paid by the participant for extra day charge for the room.
5. Participants have to share the room with another participants. (Viz. Male with Male).
