The Golden Jubilee Conference of the Indian Econometric Society is scheduled to be held at Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, Mumbai from 22^nd to 24^th December, 2013.Professor KaushikBasu, Senior Vice-President & Chief Economist, The World Bank, is the Conference President.The Society welcomes research papers that fall in the broader area of quantitative economics.  All those who are interested in submitting papers for the Conference should send the softcopy of the full paper and the abstract (300 words) to Dr K Shanmugan, Convener, Programme Committee (e-mail: treasurerties@gmail.com) and one copy to Secretary of the society at nrbmurthy@gmail.com. More information can be obtained at www.tiesindia.net. For accommodation and other venue details please contact incharge of Local Organizing Committee Secretariat-Ms. Jayshree Borkar at secretariat-ties@igidr.ac.in.
