In order to promote and leverage interdisciplinary research and learning, ICEL 2020 is organized by global academic-industrial cooperation society (GAICS) and emphasizes interdisciplinary interaction and collaboration. Authors are invited to submit abstract or full paper online through the conference management system. Abstract submission guideline form or full paper submission guideline form is available on the conference website https://icel2020.gaics.org/ which is updated over time. All submissions to the conference will be blind reviewed for topic suitability, research quality and contribution. Abstracts/Papers that are published in the conference proceedings will be further submitted to ISI office to be reviewed and considered to be indexed in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI). Please note that ISI office welcomes all submissions but there is no guarantee of inclusion in CPCI. Inclusion in CPCI is selective and competitive, while not all-inclusive.
