Knowledge management (KM) refers to how best an organization leverages its knowledge internally and externally. In this connection, not only is effective KM expected to act as a vital source of competitive advantage, but it also expected to augment and bolster the collective expertise of an organization's workforce and its stakeholders. This is because knowledge continues to be widely acknowledged as the most vital organizational resource for sustained competitiveness. It is viewed as the transformative catalyst that gets one into the knowledge age.

Against this backdrop, JKSHIM takes great pleasure in announcing its Seventh International Conference on "Managing Knowledge for All-round Well Being: Realizing the Promise in a Knowledge Society" to be held on 29th and 30th December 2019 at Nitte campus.

With this event, JKSHIM aspires at becoming a major meeting point for researchers, academicians, and practitioners to explore, discuss, and deliberate the myriad applications, opportunities, and challenges in the area of KM. Therefore, faculty members, PhD/research scholars and management students, entrepreneurs, management consultants, and industry practitioners are invited to send their papers and participate in the conference.
