A. Paper Submission and Review Process Please submit full papers and/or abstracts by 1 September 2014 (please note you can submit papers any time before this deadline). To submit paper, please click on "Submit Paper" Link in the website and fill in the form, attach your paper and click submit. Authors will be informed about the review outcome within ten working days. Authors of all accepted abstract must send full papers by 22 September 2014, if you want them to be considered for our peer reviewed journals. B. Best Paper Award and Journal Publication All accepted outstanding papers will be published in the above international refereed journals subject to compliance to the review report, editorial comments and payment of applicable submission fees. Best paper award will be announced at the conference dinner on the last day of the conference and the best papers will be published in any of the above journals and a certificate will be issued to the author. C. Refereed Conference Proceedings and Paper Evaluation Report All accepted abstract and full papers that register for the conference will be published in the refereed conference proceedings with ISBN and will be published electronically via a separate website www.wbiworldconpro.com which also contains proceedings of previous conferences. All authors who present a paper at the conference will receive written feedback in the form of a Paper Evaluation Report within one-two months after the conference. D.
