The Department of Studies in Economics and Planning (DSEP) at the Central University of Gujarat (CUG), in collaboration with ICSSR, invites faculty members in social sciences to participate in an intensive twelve‑day programme on:

Spatial Health and Epidemiology Using R & QGIS

This hands‑on workshop will train participants in processing, analyzing, and visualizing spatial health data using open‑source tools such as R and QGIS, to foster evidence‑based public health planning and research.

  • Travel reimbursement (train fare via the shortest route) for outstation participants.

  • Accommodation will be arranged for non‑local attendees.

  • Working lunch and refreshments will be provided daily.
