New academic opportunities from the Virtual Institute network

Dear Vi friends,

I am pleased to forward the following academic opportunities from our academic network and partners.

The International Training Centre (ITCILO) is offering up to five fellowships for Vi members selected to participate in its online course, "Green jobs for sustainable development: Concepts and practices," to be held March 13 to May 26. The fellowships cover course fees of EUR 815.

Available in English and Spanish, the course is an interactive e-learning opportunity to master the concepts and definitions associated with green jobs, involving a review of tools, selected literature and ongoing practices. It targets professionals interested in the basic concept of green jobs, its linkage with the ILO agenda, and the sustainable development framework.

La Fundación Konrad Adenauer y el Instituto de Estudios Internacionales de la Universidad de Chile, convocan a participar en el proceso de postulación de becas para cursar el diploma de postítulo "Chile y sus vecinos del norte: encuentros y desencuentros," que será impartido entre el 4 de abril y el 26 de julio.

Los postulantes deberán tener, como máximo, 35 años de edad; presentar su curriculum vitae actualizado; el formulario de postulación y una fotocopia legalizada del título profesional, grado académico o equivalente, con su respectiva concentración de notas.
