Dear Colleagues, We, ICEPS conference chair – Dr. Chikako Morimoto (Tokyo University of Technology), local committee chair – Dr. Jianming Shi (Tokyo University of Science), and local secretariat - Dr. Fion Yang (Waseda University), are pleased to announce that the 2019 International Conference on Education, Psychology, and Social Sciences (ICEPS) will take place at Fujimi Building, Kagurazaka Campus, Tokyo University of Science on August 22-24, 2019. Last year at Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand, the conference received over 350 submissions and slightly over 200 delegates from 31 countries participated.
