He is currently Professor and Director of the Department of Cultural and Humanistic Management at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Dra. Jennyffer Vargas Laverde. PhD. in Administration by Values from Instituto de Estudios Superiores Spenta México, Master in Sciences Politiques from the University of Paris Marne La Vallee -Est, Maîtrise in Drtoit International et Droits de l'Homme of the Université Catholique de Lyon, CSR Trainner at the University of Buenos Aires, Professional in Government and International Relations from the Externado University of Colombia, CSR Consultant of CSR and CCB and Internal Auditor SGS of Standard SA 8000. Currently Professor at the EAN University and Director of the Human Development and Equity Line. Between 2004 and 2009 was Professor at the University Externado Colombia, Superior School of War and New Granada Military University. Coordinator and Consultant of Development Projects for UNDP, OAS and OEI oriented to value creation and sustainability. Recently Winner of the 2016 Multidisciplinary International Prize for Best Thesis in CSR delivered by l'Association pour le Développement de l'Enseignement CSR ADERSE and ORSE France.

Dr. Francisco Javier González Puebla. Dr. Francisco Javier González Puebla is a Commercial Engineer, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master in Business Administration (MBA), Minor in Management at the University del Mar. In addition, he has a Doctorate in Administration by Values from Instituto de Estudios Superiores Spenta México. He is Professor and Researcher at the following institutions: University of Santo Tomas (Vina del Mar, Chile), C.F.T. John F. Kennedy (Vina del Mar, Chile), AIEP Professional Institute (Vina del Mar, Chile), University Andres Bello (Santiago, Chile), Instituto de Estudios Superiores Spenta Mexico (Monterrey, Mexico). Dr. Gonzalez is Co-Editor and Editorial Board Member of the indexed and refereed journal "Daena: International Journal of Good Conscience". He recently participated as a speaker at the Seminar "Sustainability and Economic Growth" at the University of Cartagena (Cartagena, Colombia).

All papers that meet the 1st. International Congress on Organizational Management Conference Proceedings guidelines will be published in our online Conference Proceedings (ISSN 1870-557X). The editors of our peer-reviewed Daena: International Journal of Good Conscience (ISSN 1870-557X) will select the best papers from the Conference Proceedings to appear in thematic issues of the journal.
