International Conference on History, Human Rights and Education Law
Call for Papers
10-12 August 2015
Pembroke College, Oxford

The Oxford Symposium on History, Human Rights and Law is a forum for the presentation of papers and discourse by scholars and professionals who have an interest in any aspect of interdisciplinary issues affecting the theory and practice of topics relevant to human rights and education. You are invited to present a paper on current issues or the history of human rights, education law and criminal justice, serve as a panel member, or you may attend as an observer.

The deadline for proposals is 6 July 2015, by which all interested participants are required to submit a provisional title and an abstract (300 words). Doctorate and postgraduate students are welcome and will receive a partial fee waiver for the registration fees. In addition to full research papers, case studies, and research in progress, will also be considered for the conference program for presentation purposes.

Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions and please forward our invitation to colleagues and students who may be interested. We look forward to seeing you in Oxford this August.

With best wishes,
Lydia Allen
